WHAT'S INCLUDED

Pre/post race and training ride

  • Economy airfare Melbourne to Kathmandu & return​, (departure from other cities can be organised)

  • ​13 nights accommodation in 3 & 4 star hotels for pre/post race & training, twin share

  • 8 nights accommodation in local lodges during pre-race training, twin share 

  • All Breakfasts

  • Dinner Day 3, Lunch and Dinner days 4 to 10 inclusive

  • All ground transportation and transfers as per itinerary, by private vehicle

Yak Attack race 4th - 11th November

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Travel Insurance (must cover all activities undertaken), Nepal Visa, meals not mentioned in itinerary, alcohol, expenses of personal nature e.g. laundry, telephone bill etc, gratuities to staff, any services not mentioned.  

PHYSICAL RATING (Extreme)

This trip requires mountain bike experience. physical fitness, mental toughness and stamina to endure the extremes. 

 

Includes 7 brutal stages over 500kms. 15,000mts of climbing. A temperature range of +30c to -20c, altitude, punishing climbs, bike carries, dust, sand, rock, mud, river-crossings, snow, ice, extreme winds, traffic, pony trains, yaks and the mighty Thorong La pass at 5416mts.
