Travel Insurance (must cover all activities undertaken), Nepal Visa (obtain on arrival US$50), meals not mentioned in itinerary, alcohol, expenses of personal nature e.g. laundry, telephone bill etc. services not mentioned herein.
PHYSICAL RATING (Gentle)
This trip is operated at a leisurely pace but there is some walking over uneven ground and no lifts in the hotels. The Inn has small steps up due to age of building. Hotel staff will carry bags to and from room.
Minimum fitness level required is:
To be able to carry your own bag, if required
Walk up and down at least two flights of stairs
Walk a reasonable distance over uneven ground

For Art of Nepal trip, you will purchase your Nepal visa on arrival at Nepal Tribhuvan International Airport. We will forward the application form before you depart so you can proceed direct to payment and the entry lane.
You will be required to present with your application form:
Your current passport
Two passport size photos
Exact amount in cash for Visa fee
You will be applying for a 30 day visa, US$50 or equivalent foreign currency is required.
While you can pay in Australian dollars, it is faster and easier to exchange money while waiting at Melbourne airport and pay direct in US dollars.
