Travel Insurance (must cover cycling and emergency evacuation), Nepal Visa (obtain at Kathmandu airport), bike and accessories (bike hire is available in Nepal, Marlin 7, 2017 model. $250), meals not mentioned in itinerary, alcohol/soft drinks, personal expenses, any services not mentioned.  


This trip requires some cycling experience, physical fitness and stamina. 

Includes over 250kms of cycling.  A temperature range of +30c to -20c, high altitude, long climbs, bike carries, dust, sand, rock, mud, river-crossings, snow, ice, extreme winds, traffic, pony trains, yaks and the mighty Thorong La pass at 5,416mts.
