Travel Insurance (must cover cycling and emergency evacuation), Nepal Visa (obtain at Kathmandu airport), bike and accessories (helmet is compulsory), meals not mentioned in itinerary, alcohol/soft drinks, personal expenses, any services not mentioned.

PHYSICAL RATING (Expedition)
This trip requires medium skills and medium fitness.
​
It includes high altitude and over 340kms of cycling. In Lo-Manthang, an average temperature range of 16°C to 22°C during the day and -2°C to -6°C at night and it can drop lower on the higher passes. There will be long climbs, bike carries, dust, sand, rock, river-crossings, extreme winds, traffic, pony trains and yaks
